Summary: The author analyzes a file of patients who were hospitalized on account of the
mid-facial third fracture after brachial force in 1998–2002. He presents statistical data
concerning sex, age, localization, afflicted side and fracture frequency. The author emphasizes
the specialties of these injuries regarding the season, time and location.
