Summary: The arthroscopy is an attractive method for the diagnosing and treatment of injured joint structures in contemporary sport
medicine. Vascular complications of this technique are very rare but generally extremely dangerous for the extremity salvage.
We describe a rare case of the pedal artery pseudo aneurysm after ankle arthroscopy and the treatment of this complication.
