Summary:
The authors report 2 infants with unawares conciousness alteration.
Magnetic resonace imaging and magnetic resonance angiography
demonstrated intracranial saccular aneurysm localised in anterior
communicating artery sinistra in one infant and on anterior
communicating artery dextra in the second case. This localisation is
unusual in infants. In both cases the diagnosis was verified by
conventional cathete angiography (CCA).
