Summary: An unusual case of composite multicystic mesothelioma and adenomatoid tumor of the ovary is
reported. The gradual transitions between both tumor components were well apparent. This
observation indicates a histogenetic relationship between adenomatoid tumor and benign multi-
cystic mesothelioma.
