The authors submit review of literature and case report of patient who was surgically treated because of frontobasal trauma. After 35 years intracranial aspergillosis appeared and was complicated with intracranial abscess. Repeated surgical intervention and long term antifungal treatment led to the stabilize stage and illusory recovery. After long time fatal bleeding from fungal aneurysm occurred.
