The authors describe a rare case of gastric haemorrhage from an arterio-venous malformation in a patient with Marfan’s syndrome. They describe the clinical course and treatment of the haemorrhage. In the discussion they mention the pathogenesis of vascular changes in Marfan’s syndrome and reflect on the impact of Marfan’s syndrome from the aspect of the gastroenterologist.
