Summary: We report one case of atypical locacized cardiac tamponade after cardiac surgery. Cardiac tamponade after cardiosurgery is life-threatening
condition and diagnosis is often difficult and delayed. If suspected, the diagnosis is best confirmed by transesophageal echocardiography.
