The formulation, definition and classification of psychopathological syndromes depend on the concept of nosology and pathogenesis of mental disorders. Clinical experience shows that psychopathological syndromes can change and combine depending on various factors. This experience evokes many questions which are solved quite differently. Several suggestions are presented in the following paper.
