The work summarizes the possibilities of clinical diagnostics of diffuse axonal injury based on the literature, with regard to authors’ personal experience. Principal and characteristic signs and findings accompanying this injury are stated, both clinical and results of auxiliary methods that can contribute to the diagnosis of this affection.
