Summary: Authors present their experience with combined trombolytic-surgical treatment of acute ischaemia of low extremity based
on trombosis of popliteal artery aneurysm. This treatment was performed in three patients. Authors compare results of intraarterial
catheter pharmacological trombolysis of infrapopliteal arteries with indirect surgical trombolysis.
