In this čase, a patient with carcinoid syndrome has been described with manifestation of right heart failure, pulmonary obstruction and red-blue skin colour of upper part of the body. The diagnosis has been correct- ly established after trans-oesophageal echographia examination by cardiologist. Following an intensive sur- gical and drug treatment, the skin colour has improved with disappearance of the red-blue colour.
