The authors provide information on the latest amendments of laws and other regulations relating to public health insurance and thus to auditing medicine. They draw attention to the problem of a conceptual solution of the whole problem if the planned legislative work is to be successful. He presents the list of planned legislative activities of the Government up to June 1999.
