Methods: Statistical comparison of urodynamic parameters and sexual reaction ability.
Results: The comparison of parameters of urodynamics analyzing our results before and after the

study of the sexual reaction ability and activity before and after the surgery which compromizes
G-spot presents the results of impaired sexual functions after the surgery.
Conclusion: Results and the respect to the future sexual life should be taken into account in the
indication and in the choice of the method of the surgery.
