The authors submit for discussion findings assembled during revisory in health institutions providing health care in discipline 918, i. e. physiotherapist graduate of secondary school for paramedical workers.They specify different shortcomings assessed in recording of provided health care in the field of rehabilitation. They submit statistical evaluaton of this activity.
