Summary: Sequential concentration and transformation of our transfusion services is causing by redundancy of voluntaries, quasi
opposed situation to the established transfusion services in the world. We want to point out both underestimation of the
recruitment of voluntaries and careful dealing with the invitation of voluntaries during the temporary redundancy of
the blood supplies.
