There was created a unique multimedial centre for education in endoscopic surgery at Department of Anatomy of 3rd Medical Faculty of Charles University in Prague from 2000 to 2005. There were made conditions for repeated usage of cadavers embalmed by special method for imitation of endoscopic surgery there. One room was rebuilt in an operating theatre, the audio-video network with wireless connection to Internet and graphic studio for educational materials were created here. Several arthroscopies have been already demonstrated during dissection courses of medical students. Except those educational courses for young physicians are planned. They will bring a great opportunity to gain experiences in endoscopic surgery on specially embalmed anatomical material.
