In the last years new possible etiopathogenetic factors for chronic pancreatitis development were proved. Autoimmune form of chronic pancreatitis is rare but its evidence is clear. Whether groups of more 100 patients in Japan has been described, the European papers has mentioned only decades of these patients. Our case report which is the first in Czech republic wants to stress this rare disease also in our country.
