Summary:
Adrenocortical disorders in pregnancy are rare, but unrecognized of them are associated with higher
maternal and fetal morbidity. The diagnosis is more complicated because of physiologic changes
hormones and frequently lacking normative datas during pregnancy.
Therefore increased attention could allow early diagnosis and treatment, that improve prognosis for both
the mother and fetus.
