The authors submit information on possible treatment of pancreatic pseudocysts by transgastric drainage implemented by an intervention radiologist under CT and skiascopic control and compare the preliminary results of the presented group of patients with data in the literature. They recommend a therapeutic approach to treatment of acute and chronic collection of fluid of pancre- atic origin with regard the symptomatology, amount and duration.
