Summary: Both benign and malignant tumors of the fallopian tube are uncommon. Benign tumors are most often
of mesodermal origin and usually are small enough to be incidental findings at laparotomy. We describe
a fallopian tube lipoma that inserted a morgagni hydatid cyst in a 48 year old woman.
