Authors describe the case of the patient, which was exa- mined by ERCP method, there. Despite of carried into effect radical treatment, is evolution of clinic state of patient complicated by septic shock and multiple organ failure of seven systems during of period longer as three days. The patient the critical period due to intensive care and treatment survived and she is in the care and in the treatment of specialist of gastroenterology in her locality of her domicile, at present. The amt of our article is to make known community in branch of gastroenterology and hepatology about this rare case and to warn for prospective possibility of its rise after diagnostic and terapeutic endoscopic modalities.
