Summary:
Rehabilitation programmes involving training in hot water 38-40 °C esere contraindicated in subjects with arterial hypertension, coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure because ot possible complications in clinical practice. The submitted paper demonstrates on several groups ot patients objectively the reaction ot blond pressure during hyperthermal immersion in a natural sulphur-containing hot water bath and hot water bath resp. in the conclusion the author submits recommedations for clinical practice as regards treatment ot hypertension and coronary heart disease using hyperthermalimmersion.
