Summary:
The presented work was dealing with the chosen modifying risk factors of cardiovascular
diseases and with discovering the influence of non-pharmacological
intervention on changes of these factors. This work trended to find the influence
of non-pharmacological intervention founded on the aimed individual counselling
supposing to the change of dietary habits and to increase the physical activity in
the group of healthy adults – women with the level of the tota L-cholesterol
repeatedly > 5.45 mmol/l, with the level of triglycerids repeatedly > 2.3 mmol/l and
the value of blood pressure 140/90 mm Hg and more.
The substance of this work was the whole primarily prophylactic check-up and
the following interventionof thewomeninVsetín regionbythemethodsof primary
prophylaxis in the group of women with the proved low risk of the development
of cardiovascular disease and by the methods of secondary prophylaxis in the
group of people with the high risk of cardiovascular diseases who were resistent
to non-pharmacological intervention.
The aimed group was formed by 144 above – average motivated women with high
sense of responsibility and interest in their health. The treatment itself included the detailed anamnesis and questionnaire valuation
of the lifestyle factors by the special complex of questionnaires and by clinic
measurement of chosen indices. The intervention trended to the improvement of
dietary habits and to the increase of recreation sporting activity. The statistics
was in the calculation of differences among the values measured at entry, control
and output check-ups in the annual intervals. The finding differences were
evaluated by pair t-test and significantly expressed by 95% interval of reliability.
If comparing values at the beginning and after 2 years at the rate of individual
parameters we have found statistically outstanding differences p < 0.01 (Wilcoxon’s
test).
