As a result of participation of the child at the seaside resort Sea Horse the parents are under obligation not to change the insurance company for the period of one year. Adherence to this condition was checked for the years 1998, 1999 and 2000. The reasons why families change the insurance company vary. The successful claiming of the supplementary payment depends also on the legal standart of the signed contract.
