Summary: The authors present a review of the clinical anatomy of the larynx with regard to contemporary
radiodiagnostic methods (computed tomography CT, magnetic resonance MR). They emphasize in
particular the paralaryngeal and preepiglottic space. Examples of physiological findings on CT and
MR pictures are given.
