Author summarises information about a causal therapy of asymptomatic apical periodontitis in this article. She defines this diagnosis, explains its formation and treatment possibilities by the tooth preservation in the oral cavity. She complements this text by own experience with this diagnosis and successful endodontic therapy examples.
